Waggin' Tail

RV Resort in Pilot Point

A premier, 14-acre lot RV Resort with 100-sites that caters to dog lovers of all ages. Residents enjoy access to the local lake and frequent horse shows. We provide unique amenities such as a chicken coop providing fresh eggs, a dog park, pond, pool, community center, and on-site storage units. We provide 90 fenced-in dog sites.


35-acre of Affordable Housing and Amenities

Located on a 35-acre lot south of Fort Worth, Texas, it is being developed into approximately 150 Tiny and Modular Homes. Grandview has a beautiful site with excellent access. It will include 18 acres of amenity areas plus the most acclaimed school district in southwest Dallas-Ft. Worth MSA.

Port Arthur

First Class RV Community

Located in a booming market in the Texas Golden Triangle, our Port Arthur RV resort includes 134-sites and multiple amenities, plus extra land for expansion. For 12 consecutive years and counting, our RV Resort has proudly earned the esteemed “Best of Port Arthur” award, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction.


Investing in Qualified Opportunity Zones

A long-term project being developed into a 100-site RV park community south of Ft. Worth near Hillsboro in Itasca, Texas. After its opening in March 2024, additional projects will be built over ten years within the associated Opportunity Zone fund to produce a large portfolio of cash producing projects to be sold after ten years with no capital gains tax and other tax benefits.

11 Self-storage Properties

The Locktite Storage portfolio consisted of 11 different properties, which included over 5,000 units comprising 650,000+ square feet. It was succesfully sold in June 2019.

VIP RV Storage

Boat and RV Storage in Aledo, Texas

Though planned to be a long-term investment, the portfolio was sold in 2022 to capture the extraordinary prices available at that time.

Located in Leander Texas, we sold Presidential Boat and RV Storage at the top of the market alongside two other investments.

Corporate Woods

Boat, RV, and Commercial Storage

A Class-A boat, RV and commercial storage facility with 296 units and ~100,000 rentable square feet. This project and two others were sold as a portfolio in 2022 at the top of the market.
